Sunset Hills

is a small, affluent enclave in the Hollywood district of the City of Los Angeles, California.

It is bordered by Laurel Canyon Blvd. on the east, Sunset Plaza Drive on the west and Sunset Blvd on the south, which is also the City of Los Angeles’ border with the City of West Hollywood. Primary access roads are Kings Rd., Little Hollywood Boulevard, Queens Road and Sunset Plaza Drive.

A neighborhood of expensive, multi-million dollar homes clinging to dramatically rising hills, Sunset Hills is home to such landmarks as the Chateau Marmont Hotel, built in the 1920s and the site of John Belushi’s overdose, and a famous Frank Lloyd Wright home on little Hollywood Blvd., once the residence of producer Joel Silver. Now Sunset Hills boasts the largest concentration of celebrities residing in Los Angeles, with residents such as Halle Berry, Christina Aguilera, Cameron Diaz, Paris Hilton, Rod Stewart, Tim Gaines, Leonardo DiCaprio, Megan Mullally, Keanu Reeves, Robbie Williams, Byron Allen, Joey Pollari, Seth Rogen, Ryan Phillipe, Buck Henry, Dido, Jose Eber, Nicky Hilton, Tara Charendoff-Strong, Al Pacino, Jeff Goldblum, Jewel, Brad Garrett, James Franco, Reggie Bush, Dane Cook, John Frusciante, James Woods, Morrissey, and Michael Bublé.

Residents enjoy seclusion and staggering views of Los Angeles. Homes typically range from $3–5 million for small multi-level houses, with some larger homes exceeding $10 million.
